Our Listening Hub is run by a dedicated team of trained volunteers, offering compassionate mental health support and expert active listening.
The Listening Hub is located at Cabot Circus, First floor, BS1 3BD
This service is currently for those aged 18 and over. If you’re under 18, support is still available for you. Off The Record offers a walk-in service for young people in Bristol, and there are also helplines specifically for young people who need to talk. You’re not alone.
